Do braces hurt?
Mild pressure sensation may occur after adjustments. This fades as the teeth respond.
What foods should I avoid?
Hard and sticky foods are best avoided. It is always a good idea to rinse out immediately after a meal to reduce the buildup of plaque around the brackets.
Will I need retainers?
Yes, retention is definitely required. We recommend fixed and removable retainer use.
